Space Arbitration Blog
What is Space Arbitration?
The first post of the Space Arbitration Association Blog describes and explains what we
understand as Space Arbitration.
Note from the Editor-in-Chief
As the Editor-in-Chief, I would like to welcome you to the Space Arbitration Association Blog. The aim for the Blog is to further the objective of the Association in creating a room for exchange between the international arbitration and space communities. To that end, the Blog will publish pieces on cutting-edge legal issues of space arbitrations and coverage of the existing body of case law. The Blog will also provide a record of past debates on these legal issues in the form of conference reports, inter alia on the events organized by the Association itself. The views expressed in the blog posts are the authors’ own views and do no reflect the views of any institution with which they are affiliated or the Space Arbitration Association’s view.
In order to facilitate a debate, we encourage Blog posts to contain clear views and innovative solutions to existing legal issues in space arbitrations. Blog posts that identify, describe and analyze thus-far uncovered legal issues in space arbitrations are also very much welcome.
I hope that you will enjoy reading the posts and find them useful. If you want to reach out with feedback of any kind, I would love to hear from you.
